Delete your Morning Message account

Users can permanently delete their Morning Message account directly within the app. If you cannot access the app, support can help verify and process a request.

Delete from within the app

Step 1: Open Morning Message and go to Account.
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Step 3: Follow the on-screen confirmation instructions to permanently delete your account.

When you complete the account deletion process, your Morning Message account and User Content associated with your account are permanently deleted from Morning Message’s active app database.

If you cannot access the app and need help requesting account deletion, contact [email protected]. For security, we may need to verify that you are authorized to request deletion of the account.

For your security, do not send sensitive information by email.

Important: Deleting the app from your device will not delete your Morning Message account and will not cancel a subscription. Any subscription purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store must be canceled separately through the applicable app store account settings.
